I have tried making this banana bread multiple times and each time there is a big crack in the middle and whats underneath the crack is undercooked. If you bake them you're going to lose a lot of the banana flavor.

Just baked a banana bread following your recipe and it turned out perfect, super moist and tasty. I only reduce brown sugar to 135g. Love this recipe, so easy to follow and great result. A big thumb up👍👍👍❤

This is literally my fifth time trying to bake this and I always fail. It looks so dry when i put it in the baking pan /take it out of the oven
And it crumbles . Why is my mixture dry
