Have you ever tried a smoothie like this with Jordan’s skinny mixes?
So no ice ?
I use this same method but also I mixed with an product I use "Omnlife" Magnum supreme, Teatino, and Aqtua and Pump. I don't have bananas but I use banana Gerber since my daughter is gross by it lol I drink this 2 or 3 hours before I workout and it works well to boost your endurance. The first I drank I ran a 5 mile run with 20 down to 5 burpees after each mile, arriving at home and finishing my run at 51 minutes.

I didn’t know you could eat uncooked oats
Taste good with almond milk instead of skim and peanut butter
Can I sikp milk nd add yogurt?
