I tried this recipe but I substituted the yoghurt with a spoon of peanut butter and the smoothie was delicious as well as nutritious and not dominated by too much of dairy products. Milk and yoghurt seemed like a recipe for weight gain in my opinion.
This is one of the best recipe of oatmeal smoothie I have seen and no doubt in it. Thank you Ms Martha.
