**Almond Butter Banana Smoothie**

– 2 tbsp of Almond Butter (or any nut butter with no sugar and real ingredients only)

-1.5 cup Almond Milk (or any dairy free milk you like)

-1 cup of ice

-Honey or Maple syrup for sweetness (optional)

– 1 frozen banana (add more for thickness or if you like strong banana taste)

Optional add ins:

Flaxseed
Chia seed
Protein powder
Cinnamon
