If I cook this soup for a long time, will it lose its flavor? I want to make a curry with really tough but flavorful meat that will take a long time to become tender.
Simple superb tq
Please make Avila Recipe
But tamarind water has to be cooked properly.. So it should have been either added before n then add coconut milk .. Raw tamarind taste wont be good..

Good morning Kunal I made your recipe of the curry and it was very nice thank you
Kunal this is so good. I am going to try it out for sure today. Just a quick question – any substitute for tamarind juice as I am allergic to it.
Just cooked the curry and was just right at the first attempt. Thanks @Kunal Kapur. Will recommend people to try it out.
Just a heads up, The video says 2tbsp mustard seed and 1tbsp fenugreek seed but it’s actually 2 tsp and 1tsp, not tablespoon!
