BBQ Baked Chicken Thighs Ingredients:
8 – Bone-in chicken thighs pat dry using paper towel
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2½ tsp. Chili Powder
1½ tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
½ tsp. White Pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Onion, finely chopped
⅔ cp. Tomato Ketchup
⅓ cp. water
3 tbsp. Molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire “W” Sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Green Onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake on each side for 20 min. and then 4 – 5 min on final side on broil (500 F)
