Bbq beef meatball recipe

1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp of lawry’s seasoning salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce

Bbq sauce:

1 bottle of favorite bbq sauce (original)
2 tbs light brown sugar
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Whisk ingredients together in a saucepan place on top of the stove over low heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes

For Meatballs: In a mixing bowl break egg over the ground chuck add all other ingredients and mix until becomes solid and holds together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees now using a tbs scoop out meat shape and form into a solid meatball repeat until all are made. Place on a baking sheet tray and cook for 10 minutes remove and turn each meatball over place back in the over for another 10 minutes until done internal temperature 160. Remove from oven add meatballs to simmering bbq sauce turn of heat from bbq sauce and the oven. Plate and Serve!!!!
