  1. Ingredients: (makes 6 wraps}
    -250g 5% Mince {I originally used 500g but too much)
    -1 Onion, diced
    -1 Pepper, diced
    -1 tsp Garlic Puree
    -Mini Wraps
    -Grated Cheese
    -Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
    -Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
    -Jalapeños
    -3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
    -Magi BBQ Sauce Packet Seasoning
    Method:
    ❤️Add some olive oil to a pan with your garlic.
    ❤️Add your onions and peppers and mix.
    ❤️Add your mince, mix together breaking the mince into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
    ❤️Add your BBQ seasoning and mix.
    ❤️Add your chopped tomatoes and BBQ sauce and simmer on a medium heat until mince is cooked through.
    ❤️Add your wraps to the mince mixture and coat in the bbq sauce mix.
    ❤️To another pan add a drizzle of olive oil, your wrap and add a 6th of the mince mixture along side a good amount of grated cheese. Fold in half and fry on each side until the cheese is melted and the wrap goes crispy.
