Today I make a classic Christmas Beef Wellington, entirely on the Pellet Grill! Paired with a homemade pomme puree and a red wine reduction sauce! Seems intimidating but it, but it is fairly easy, I highly recommend giving this one a try! So luxurious!

  1. If I lived in Texas (and was single) I think I would cook awesome food every day and have a fan blow the kitchen aromas out into the street in the hopes that Lauren would smell it, knock on the door, and ask if she could come in for.a taste.

  2. My cousin and I love to cook, and we rarely get to do it together, but I have four backstraps from deer I got at the start of the season, that we are going to make into Wellington. Watching this, we may just do it on her Traeger.

  3. Beef Wellington will always be a touchy subject here in Australia ever since the mushroom murder trials here in Gippsland. Plenty of jokes, but it's kind of a no-one is willing to eat Beef Wellington anymore.
