Today I make a classic Christmas Beef Wellington, entirely on the Pellet Grill! Paired with a homemade pomme puree and a red wine reduction sauce! Seems intimidating but it, but it is fairly easy, I highly recommend giving this one a try! So luxurious!

My cousin and I love to cook, and we rarely get to do it together, but I have four backstraps from deer I got at the start of the season, that we are going to make into Wellington. Watching this, we may just do it on her Traeger.

Beef Wellington will always be a touchy subject here in Australia ever since the mushroom murder trials here in Gippsland. Plenty of jokes, but it's kind of a no-one is willing to eat Beef Wellington anymore.
