Hell yeah
How about a breakfast? Some scrambled egg and chopped bacon with some relleno pepper.
How many times did you reload your firebox? I feel Fogo burns to quickly
Nicely done guys, gonna have to make some, my great aunt worked at the original Runza in Lincoln Nebraska. So I happen to have the original recipe! I eat Runza weekly
Is that how it works. Then Thai Sweet Chili Sausage
"Runza, man. Who knew?"
Literally everyone in Nebraska. lol It's one of the ONLY good things about this place. That, and the Sandhill Cranes. Pretty sure that's it. If you're into anything like human dignity and human rights though…this is NOT the state for you. Though, Texas isn't really either, so, I guess that's not a big deal.
would love to see your take on a South African boerwors.
Bbq chopped pork with spicy kimchi?!
Brother I know you have done several brisket trim videos. But you also seem to pick out great briskets. How about a video of some brisket trims on less than great briskets? I always seem to get one that's not as nice as it looks once I break the seal on the packer brisket. Just something I would love to see your thoughts on. Much Love Brother!!
So I often see Cooks on YouTube using whatever you used under the pan to saute the onions and cabbage. What is that called and how does it work? It looks super convenient
There is (or at least was) a restaurant chain in Colorado called Runza Drive In. Good stuff, many varieties.
Yo!!! Brad shows some representation to Nebraska!! Had a Runza today and saw this video! You come up here, I will be your guide to the Runza experience!
PASTY!!!!!
Knife roll surprise: cake shovel, pie knife, crépe spade, quiche trowel, pie-getter, pie lifter, pie spatula, cake knife, or cake slicer… Depending on which are of the country one is located! HAHA!
Smoked banana ice cream. Would it work?
Every time you're at the Chud shop i'm always keeping an eye out to spot the mugs or the clock i made ya lol. Keep up the awesome content brother!
Hell yeah. You nailed this. The kraut really would have taken it up a notch too. Maybe a reuben runza with the kraut. Greek lamb shank runza. I'm gonna say it… icelandic cod liver runza. For bones.
The world needs a Runza sausage.
Well if you are going for a first time thing then I got a daily double for ya. Fairly sure you haven't made pepperoni and being that WV is the greatest state in the US, you would be hard pressed to not make pepperoni rolls too
Ya, that's definitely a bierock! Runza and german bierocks are the same thing. Except replacing hamburger with brisket. Nebraska has a Volga German community up there. I'm from Hays Kansas. Which is also Volga German community. There is another Volga German community in panhandle Texas and in North Dakota. I'm one of those Volga Germans.

At the end is chud in disguise lol
Thanks Brad! You did us proud.
In the honor of St. PADDYS day, how about doing some smoked corned beef?
Darn, where do I get a cutting board that doubles as a stove burner? jk, but this looks fantastic!
Sometimes I feel bad when I see lil Joe Yen stand around with you guys. Like the only small Asian farmer surrounded by a bunch of barbaric Vikings.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m sad that Brad is no longer perturbed by snakes in thy boot! 😢
I could never figure out why Runza didn't catch on outside my home state. Not only do they have Runza, they also have the best fries. AND they have the best ranch dressing to dip the fries. Not sure what's in the secret seasoning they use, but it's got some heat to it. And probably whatever spices are typical of Eastern Europe, so maybe some Hungarian paprika.
As a native Nebraskan, I support this video!
Love the shout out to Adam Witt!
Pulled pork one 😋
A definite try
Also I've seen both egg and water used to seal a pastry together which is better or what's the reasoning behind each
Is the table at your smoker and the table in your shop a cooktop?
Beef Cheek Runza!!!! Great channel by the way definitely inspires me and help me cook even better. Smoked Chuck roast tomorrow I think (treat it like a brisket).
Runza, Who knew?! Looked really good and soo many options. Great cook Brad… Thanks
Does anybody find it annoying when videos are edited to where they are consistently talking???
kosher sausage
soooo….I should commence day 1 of saying Chowdah for a year….? 🤔
Next, smoked turkey and gravy.
This is not a giant kolachi? Or however that’s spelled?
Omg. Yes!!!!
"What are watching?" "This guy beating his meat"
