  1. Ingredients (Makes 1):
    -50g chicken breast
    -Tsp bbq seasoning
    -Salt
    -Pepper
    -20g lean diced bacon
    -2 slices of thick bread
    -25g bbq sauce
    -50g light white lasagne sauce
    -25g 50% less fat cheddar
    Method:
    ❤️Season the chicken in the bbq seasoning, salt and pepper. Pan fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and add the bacon.
    ❤️Whilst the bacon is cooking, shred the chicken using two forks and toast the bread.
    ❤️Add the shredded chicken and half of the bacon to the bottom bread, top with 20g bbq sauce and 10g of the cheese.
    ❤️Add the top layer of bread, add the white sauce and mix in the remaining bbq sauce. Top with cheese, bacon and cheese.
    ❤Pop under the grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted.
    ❤️Sprinkle over some dried parsley and voila
