Score 4 leg quarters and put in a one on ziplock bag. Add 2 tbs black pepper, 2 tbs cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1/2 cup of your choice of sauce. I used mango habanero. Shake vigorously to coat all four leg quarters. Let marinade for at least 1 hour. Grill at 275F for 45 minutes to an hour. Increase temperature to 350F and grill until internal temp of 160F. Let rest for about 15 minutes and then enjoy.
