Today, we are hanging pork spare ribs on roast sticks in our dystopian factory kitchen. If you get your fire and the distance from the meat right, you will get this crunchy delicacy, that can hardly be compared to anything else. Although pork ribs could be made in a conventional oven, we suggest hanging them over a fire this way, as it is more fun and the meat gets to infuse the smoky flavor.
