Pulled pork with a Melinda’s fire roasted garlic and habanero binder and then seasoned with Smoke Junkie. Then a Traeger smoke bath at 225° super smoke until 165°. I then wrapped in butcher paper and bumped the temp to 250° and cooked until it hit temp.
