  1. you are using the same combo rub that I do. I have always used the butter and honey and brown sugar with a little apple juice at the wrap and gone low and slow. I might like to try your technique. What temperature are you smoking at?

  2. When you see that giggle in your butts, you know they’re done! That’s some fine dining while pulling those butts Jay! Awesome video and loved the little noted captions. Watch a few times just so I could read um all. Have a great holiday weekend my friend! Cheers brother!

  3. Very simple way to do it and it looked fantastic. I'm doing some butts at the end of the month and this video made me decide to try your mixture of your rub and Malcom's. I have both in the kitchen. I always love your videos. You're personality is awesome. I'd love to meet you sometime. I bet you'd be fun to hang out with and just chat. Have a great night sir!

  4. Here in eastern NC always start with just salt and finish with a vinegar sauce. Best part of cooking a butt is tasting while you’re pulling. Lol. Both good rubs but I’ve never put them together I’ll have to give that a try.
