This Ramen recipe has no right being this good!!

I made some Brisket style pork belly and had a ton left over, and since I recently stocked up on way too much Ramen… it was destined to be 😂

This BBQ ramen crossover features my favorite BBQ sauce @fyrstarter HNY FYR and the @fyrstarter BLK hot sauce and I promise this is a must try!!

Toppings:

• Your Favorite BBQ Meat! – Brisket, Pulled pork, Pork Belly, Smoked chicken, or anything you prefer!
• Green onion, sliced
• Green cabbage, thinly sliced
• Jalapeno, thinly sliced
• Fire Roasted corn kernels
• Parsley
• HNY FYR BBQ Sauce
• FYR BLK hot sauce

Ramen:

• 2 cups Chicken Bone broth – @kettleandfire
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1.5 tbsp HNY FYR BBQ Sauce
• 1 tbsp FYR BLK hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Start by prepping all your toppings by slicing and dicing them up and setting aside.

Then If you are using leftover brisket or pork belly like myself, I like to sear it off now and set aside while I cook the ramen. Just 2-3 mins total on medium heat should work!

To make the Ramen, start by adding the chicken broth, soy sauce, bbq sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar and then mix and bring to a boil.

Add the ramen, I’m using @buldak_global , and cook following package instructions.

Then remove from heat, strain and keep the broth, and finish it up adding the noodles to your bowl, followed by the broth, and any of the toppings you like! Finish with a little bbq sauce and hot sauce and enjoy!
