Zavalas is overpriced, too salty, the taste is off, and the don't allow you to see the scale when weighing meat out by the pound.

Awesome. Only one critique point: each stop should be its own episode for a minimum of 15 minutes. If the joint you’re profiling can’t muster a 15 minute segment, it’s not that good and just move on.

I really think this should be on netflix i would watch this all day. And can i say is there anyone more humble than Matt Pittman. He is willing to give up cooking for the Cowboys cause his friends bbq tastes better than his Matt your the best please never stop doing what you do i would be sad and very very lost. I use every recipe you have here to cook for my family and they always think it is amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
