This is soo good. Wicked good. I've been making this at least 1x month, usually more, since I found it. 6 months. Seemed challenging doing the DIYs at first. Now, I have the system DOWN.

In the Southern US, we make a dish called Pimento Cheese. You all may as well. It consists of Cheddar Cheese, Mayo, and Roasted Red Peppers (Pimento) served on white sandwich bread. As I was watching this all I could think was he’s combined two southern delicacies: BBQ and Pimento Cheese. Although, the topping is somewhat different it further replicates the dish with the Panko standing in for the white bread. Wonderfully creative and I’m sure even more delicious.

press the tofu, get rid of as much water as possible, freeze it, thaw it and get rid of the water and the texture will be insanely good.
I made this and put it in wraps, couldn't believe how good it tastes, the best tofu I've tasted!
it's easy to make a dish savory with too much salt and fat. It's within everyone's reach but it puts health at risk

I used cooking sherry with the green beans. Fucking magical. I make this recipe a couple of times a month now. I became a pescatarian in august and this is hands down my favorite dish
If i want to make the crust more healthy (without mayo and cheese) what can i use ? Thank you
this looks delicious!!! The only thing is that the green beans needed more love: I always add olives, picante salsa, sweet relish, salt, and pepper to my veggies. Sometimes I also add onions, garlic, bell pepper, and celery to the veggies as well.
