Mir brennt die Marinade immer an wenn ich den Tofu vor dem Braten mariniere, weil der tofu so ewig lange zum durchbraten braucht..

Ich habe den Tofu mit einem Sparschäler runter geschnitten, damit waren es so feine Scheiben, die ich gut kross mit Deiner Anleitung hinbekommen habe. Ist für mich persönlich besser, als auf so ein dickes Stück in der Mitte zu beißen. War richtig gut.❤

Bei uns im Asia laden kann man handgemachten Tofu kaufen. Der schmeckt 1000000x besser als aus'm laden. Also Supermarkt. Ich finde es kommt wirklich auf die Marke an ob Tofu schmeckt.
