How to BBQ a whole cow, this cow was injected with 12 bottles of Jack Daniels, pineapple & papaya juice, BBQ vertically on a hand made spit slow and low for 12 hours.

The BBQ cow had an incredible spice rub to go with it, marinated for 4 days prior to the Memorial day event.
