Beautiful. Just subscribed. I'm ordering it and the pans. One question is, I'm also a homemade pizza lover, being Italian American. Can I make pizza dough with the bear too?
I ordered a Zojirushi virtuoso plus bread machine which I should receive on Friday. I think I need to get the smaller one of these machines.
I looove homemade bread! But there is nooo way I can wait for it to cool…!
As for bread dough preparation, how do you think it compares to a Nutrimill Artiste mixer? And, what do you think it might weigh?
Do you feel the ankarsrum is still worth the price difference over this for dough only?
Hi Amy, I bought the big one after watching your videos. Do you know if they have replacement hooks? Someone must have thrown it out or put it way away…
When I make my sandwich bread recipe I do a bassinage (mix extra water in after the dough is going) and mix in the butter at the very end after the rest of the dough is all mixed. Can this machine do that? I have a feeling it would just spin the dough around in a sea of butter.
I have both the 4.5 and the 7 qt Bear models. They haven't had the 7 qt model available for some time. I was lucky enough to snatch one up a few years ago That one is stored away and the 4.5 does the regular duty. Love my Bear.
Thank you. A very informative and inspirational lesson in bread making!
Hi Amy and Eric!!! I really like The Bear Machine. I'm thinking of getting me one.Thats a great Machine. The bread looks super delicious…Great Video!!!…🦋
If I had known I was going to bake bread in the oven and not the bread machine, I would have bought a dough machine.
I do have a question. What are you going to do with all that bread? Do you freeze it?
Amy, I had this one in the beginning and after watching your video I sent it back and I got the bigger one. I love my bear. I make your dinner rolls in it every time I have company which is usually consists of my grandchildren. Thank you thank you. Thank you for doing the recipe for the Pullman pan. Keep it up. I love to watch your videos. Please make more videos with the bear. I think you're amazing. I've learned so much. Although I've been doing bread for a couple of years now. I still learn something all the time from you. Thank you and more videos on bread and rolls
I have this Bear model and love it. I use it more than my Ankarsrum.
