  2. When I make my sandwich bread recipe I do a bassinage (mix extra water in after the dough is going) and mix in the butter at the very end after the rest of the dough is all mixed. Can this machine do that? I have a feeling it would just spin the dough around in a sea of butter.

I make your dinner rolls in it every time I have company which is usually consists of my grandchildren. Thank you thank you. Thank you for doing the recipe for the Pullman pan. Keep it up.
