Beautifully Tender Slow Cooker Pork Fillet Cooked in an Apple Cider



Pork Fillet is one of the most tender pieces of Meat, and this slow cooker pork fillet recipe brings out the flavour of the pork fillet and add a tenderness to the meat.

It is so tender that you can turn it into pulled pork, if you prefer, adding the onions will improve the flavour and can be served in buns.

Alternatively, this can be sliced and served with your favourite type of Potatoes and Vegetables.

Serves – 2

600g Pork Fillet
2 White Onions
Handful of Thyme
2 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Puree
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
250ml Apple Cider/Cider Vinegar
(this depends on how acidic you’d like the final flavour to be)
