Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Dry spices –
Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp

Vegetables –
Carrot – 1
Potato – 1
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 1
