INGREDIENTS
Topside of beef 130 g
Bbq sauce
Onion
Butter
Sugar
Cheddar
For the garlic sauce:
100g garlic
200 ml extra virgin olive oil
For the cheddar sauce:
100 ml cream
200 g cheddar cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt
METHOD
Proceed by preparing the garlic sauce by mixing the garlic with oil and cooking it over low heat for 2 hours. Prepare the meat, cut the beef into strips and season with bbq sauce, pepper and salt. Caramelize the onions with butter and sugar until softened.
Brown the meat in a pan and sautΓ© it with the onions. Add some cheddar and let it melt with the rest. Prepare the cheddar sauce by mixing the cream, cheddar, paprika and salt in a saucepan. Toast the bread in a pan and assemble all the ingredients!
