How to Make Beef and Lobster Tacos

Ingredients:
• Round lavash
• Beef steak
• Lobster
• Olive oil
• Butter
• Rosemary sprig
• Salt, pepper

For Crispy Onions:
• White onion
• Kefir
• Paprika
• Flour
• Sunflower oil for frying

For the Sauce:
• Charred jalapeño
• Garlic
• Chopped green onion
• Mayonnaise
• Mala Chilli Oil Sauce

Instructions:
1. First, boil the lobster.
2. Meanwhile, chop the white onion coarsely, add kefir and paprika, and mix. Also, char the jalapeño with a torch and cover it in a bowl with plastic wrap.
3. Transfer the cooked lobster to an ice bowl, and after it cools down, extract the meat from the tail.
4. Sauté the steak and lobster meat in olive oil with butter and rosemary.
5. Prepare the frying oil. Dredge the onion in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
6. For the sauce, remove the skin from the jalapeño with a knife and chop it finely. Add garlic, green onion, and sauces to a bowl, mixing until smooth.
7. Before assembling the tacos, toast the lavash on both sides. Place sliced steak, lobster meat, sauce, and crispy onions in the lavash.
8. Enjoy your meal!
