-250 g beef, cut into strips
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 pack of Hongxi/shimeji mushrooms, discard shimeji mushroom roots, Pull it off to separate the attached mushroom stem
-3 shiitake mushrooms, stem ends cut off, then cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips, Shiitake mushroom stalks cut into thin pieces, if you don’t like them you can throw them away
-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
-1/4 onion, cut into thin strips
process
-prepare beef that has been cut into strips, add salt, pepper, water, sesame oil, then mix evenly until the spices are absorbed, add corn flour, then mix evenly again and rest 15 minutes.

-add garlic to the pan, cook until fragrant. add onions to pan and cook until wilted, add shimeji and shiitake mushrooms to the pan, Saute until the mushrooms turn brown and the water content in the mushrooms reduces, add beef, soy sauce, Cook until the soy sauce aroma comes out and is mixed evenly. add oyster sauce, brown sugar, sauté evenly for 1 -2 minutes,
– add sesame oil, mix evenly, Turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate and it’s ready to serve
