1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
800g Beef
1 ½ cups Onion
1 ½ cups Tomato
2 Dried Red Chillies
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
12 Cloves
1 ⅔ cups Coriander Leaves
1 cup Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
4″ Cinnamon Stick
6 Green Cardamoms
3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
12 Raisins
1 ½ cups Basmati Rice
1 cup Onion
¼ cup Mint Leaves
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
10 Cashew Nuts
5 Cashew Nuts
2 tsp. Ghee [Clarified Butter]
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -5
Preparation Time: 75 mins

Naa I don't like this..I LOVE IT (Gottcha lol) This is one of my fav dishes..Biryani is just fabulous and Fatima's version with beef is easy and just incredible. This way of cooking it I've never thought of but I suppose it makes sense especially with beef as it has such a long cooking time…I'm going to try it this way and you know what because Fatima has done it I know it's going to work.. I'm doing this and the rest of you should. Oh and please like and share this video more people need to see Fatima 🙂

I would first make the marinade masala and marinate the meat. Then soak the rice. Fry the crispy onions next, then cook the meat, and while that's cooking, cook the rice. Other wise if the rice is made first and then we marinate the meat for an hour, the rice will be stone cold by the time we assemble the biryani. Other than the order of the cooking, it all looks good.
