Chatkhara Boti
Ingredients:
Beef boneless (cubes) 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Orange food color a pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil (for shallow frying) as required
Directions:
1. In a bowl add beef, onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, coriander powder, orange food color, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
2. In a pan add this marinated beef and add water. Cover and cook until beef is fully done.
3. Now transfer it to a bowl add corn flour, red chili flakes, coriander seeds crushed, lemon juice and mix it well.
4. In a pan heat oil and add marinated boti. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins. Your Chatkhara Boti is ready.
