So I made your recipe last evening for dinner. It was a HIT! Something about the beer inclusion made it over-the-top delicious. I slow roasted it in a fabulous Le Creuset Dutch Oven at 300 degrees F for about 3 hours. Superb! You made me a rockstar, Chef! Thanks so much.
