Beef Curry – Bangladeshi Style – Eid Special by Deeba's Recipe | Beef Curry With Potato

Beef Curry is a traditional curry recipe in Bangladesh. Almost everybody likes Beef Curry.
It does not need any occasion to cook Beef curry.
Ingredients:
1. Curry cut beef with bone – 1kg
2. Chopped onion – 1 Cup
3. Ginger paste – 2 tablespoon
4. Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
5. Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon
6. Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
7. Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
8. Cumin powder – 1 tablespoon
9. Garam masala: Cinnamon 2 sticks; Cloves 6 pcs; whole black pepper 6 pcs;
Cardamoms 6pcs; Bay leaves 2
10. Plain yogurt – 100gm
11. Sugar – 1 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil – 1/2 cup
14. Raisins – 1/4 cup
15. Fried onion – 1/2 cup
16. Whole potato – 6 to 8 pcs medium size

Total Duration of Cooking: 1 hour 30 minutes

  3. The stirring process ("kosher"?) looks as if its just moving the items in the pan in circles. Is that right? I thought stirring the meat "very well" meant also lift the meat with your cooking spoon, turn it around, move it around etc..

  4. Thank you im from malaysia i hv taste murugi thur kari, goru thor kari, it taste very good. Since then i hv been a hunter for bangladeshi restaurant. So today i decided to cook as these recipe shown, wish me luck. I hv another 3 hour to break my fast. Cant wait to cook
