Like others i did not find any written recipe so I just winged it by pausing the video😅 this is what i used

Coconut oil
1 tsp Fennel
4 elachi
3 clove
2 small cinnamon
1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic
Curry leaves
1 large onion
1 normal tomato

Masalas:
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Almost 1 tsp pepper powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp meat masala
Salt

Pressure cook on medium highfor 2 whistles and then keep on low for 10 mins

Gow mata taste is better than pork gow mata jo hamara pet bhara rakhti hai uska gosh khila kar 🤤🤤🤤😋 hindus must try gow mata ka gosh 🤤
