Handi Kabab recipe by Mahrukh Food Court.
Ingredients 💥💥💥💥
Beef Mince 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Small piece of Papaya
salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cream 1 tbsp
Ghee /butter 1 tbsp
Chopped all well and rest for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator and then make Kabab with scewer and straw.

Oil 1-1/2 Cup
chopped Onion 2
Ginger Garlic paste 2/3 tbsp
salt to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 -1/2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
garam Masala 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
3 Tomatoes for paste
Fresh Coriander and Green Chillies for garnishing.
