    Mince: Mutton/Beef 1kg
    Oil: 1/2 Cup
    Onion: 2 Medium roughly chopped
    Ginger Garlic Paste: 1Tbsp
    Tomatoes: 4 to 5 medium size make paste
    Yogurt: 150gm
    Chilli Flakes: 1 Tbsp or as per taste
    Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
    Red Chilli powder: 1Tbsp or as per taste
    Salt : As per taste
    White Cumin : 1Tbsp dry roasted & crushed
    Coriander seeds: 1Tbsp roasted & crushed
    Dry feneugreek leaves : 1/2 tsp crushed
    Black pepper corns: 1/2 tsp crushed
    Fresh red and green chillies as per taste ( optional)
    Ginger : 1" piece Julian
    Warm water: 1/2 glass ( to tender and for thick gravy)
    Fresh coriander : thinly chopped
    Half bunch
    3 to 4 green chillies ( do not slit)
    3 to 4 fresh red chillies ( do not slit ) optional
    Homemade whole spice powder: 1/2tsp ( for whole spice powder recipe click the Link in description box
    Lemon : 1 medium (optional)
