Beef boneless 750grams.You can take with bones or mutton as well if mutton then reduce cooking time to  20 minutes.
Onion 3 medium roughly cut .
Tomatoes 4 medium.
Cumin (Zeera)1 Tsp.
Cinnamon (Daar chini) 2 medium pieces.
Garlic cloves 7 to 8.
Ginger 1 inch julienne cut.
Salt 3/4th Tbsp.
Red chilli powder 3/4th Tbsp.
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp.
Whole red chilli 10 to 12.
Water 2 cups.
Cook in pressure cooker after whistle give 40 to 50 minutes or till meat is 95% Tender.
Dry water on high flame.
Remove tomatoes skin.
Oil 1/2 cup.
Green cardamom 4.
Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp.
All spice/Garam masala 1/2 Tsp.
Cook for 5 minutes on medium to high flame.
Yogurt (Dahi) 1/2 cup.
Cook till water dry.
Add fresh coriander and green chillies.
Cover for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
