INGREDIENTS:
(marinate)
1 pound Beef (sirloin), cut into big chunk
1/4 cup Calamansi juice
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 medium Potatoes, cut into chunk
1 medium Carrot, sliced
2 Red and Green Bellpepper
3 medium Tomatoes, cut into dice
2 medium Onions, sliced
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 pcs dried Bay Leaves
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Sugar
1 and 1/2 cup water (add more if needed)
