1 Tsp. Cummin Seed

5 Green Cardamom
2 Black Cardamom

1 Inch Piece of Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Mace/Nutmeg Powder
1/2 Cup Oil
750 Gram Beef,
2 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste,
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tsp. Kashmeri Red Chilli
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp. Nihari Masala
4 Tbsp. Flour
Garnish with Roghan ,
Julienne Ginger ,
Chopped green chilli
