Another recipe less expensive to make at home than to have at a restaurant. I chose to use beef short rib because that's the cut we like but you can easily make this even less expensive by using stew meat. Hope you'll give it a try!
I just made this for the second time and it was even better. I used chuck instead of short ribs (easier to source) and doubled the amount of shallots and garlic. Lastly, I added powdered beef stock to the mix before I set the pressure on the Instant Pot. It was soooooo good!!
This looks AMAZING! Can I ask you why you omit the toasted coconut butter? All the other recipes nice seen say this is mandatory

I always used coconut cream instead of coconut milk. It’s thicker.
