Recipe by @burnt_pellet_bbq:
• Trim silver skin and fat off of beef ribs.
• Season them with SPG then insert the @meatermade MEATER Plus.
• Smoke them at 250F using apple wood on the @kamadojoe for about 5 hours.
• Spritz them with beef broth once the bark is set.
• Remove them once they reach an internal temp of 205F, then let them rest for 30 minutes and make the Mac & cheese
• Slice the beef ribs in between each bone, then assemble the burrito.
• Cheese, Mac & cheese, beef rib and a spicy bbq sauce
• Play shredded cheese down on the griddle and let it melt, then roll the burrito in the melted cheese.
• Slice in and enjoy!
