BEEF SALPICAO



Make this quick and simple but very delicious Beef Salpicao recipe! This dish is made of beef cubes made flavorful with Worcestershire sauce and cooked with butter, oyster sauce, and some fried garlic!

INGREDIENTS:
500gram beef sirloin or tenderloin or ribeye steak

FOR MARINADE:
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

2-3 tablespoon oil
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup oyster sauce

  1. I made this with Beyond Meat and it was delicious! The secret was the cornstarch — helped the "meat" hold together and the outside crisped up nicely. Using Worcestershire and oyster sauce instead of soy sauce also helped differentiate it from tapa. Soooo good, I am eating it right now!
