Aromatic Ginger/Sand Ginger (Iguru Piyali) – 2
Red Onions – 10
Green Chilies – 4
Garlic cloves – 6
Rampe/Pandan
Ginger – 1 inch
Curry leaves
Lemongrass – 4 inch
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Thick Tamarind juice – 3 tbsp
Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp
