This is the most gross marination ive ever seen. Why would you add butter when your beef already has fat in it. Undercut is never a good option for steak, either go with the rib eye or the rib cap. And lastly you overcooked it . 8 minutes eachside is enough of juicy medium rare. And most importantly, you always use cast iron pan. Where are the herbs? You did steaks so wrong
