***SAFETY ALERT***
It was brought to my attention that if you do not add the room temperature broth to the hot liquid BEFORE adding the flour on top, the mixture begins to bubble and create pressure that could lead to burns. PLEASE make sure to use an actual canning jar with a metal lid AND add the 1/2 cup of room temp or cold stock to the hot liquid (this cools it down enough) BEFORE adding the flour. I do not want anyone to get hurt while making a recipe of mine. Love you guys!

Does anyone else hear chimes? Love 🍲 and pot roast!
After watching this video, I ordered this Ninja Foodi cooker which will be delivered next week. I will be making this beef stew recipe next week when it arrives. can't wait! Looks so delicious.
UPDATE: Today is Saturday and I made this beef stew. It was so perfectly done and was delicious. The only thing different I did was i used unsalted beef broth. I didn't know if it was was going to to salty for me so I used unsalted. But next time I'm going to use low sodium. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
Omg, i just made the beef stew and its awesome. I love thst it didnt take all day like traditional stew does in the slow cooker.
I never thought about using a canning jar to mix the broth and flour. I have lots of em. Thanks for the idea
I love my ninja foodi. I cook all sorts of stuff in it.
I did what you did with this recipe and i did not add any wine i don.t like wine, but the rest of the recipes went the Nanja pressure cooker and my word it was the best Broth i.ve ever made I eat the full pan full I keep going back for more. Thank you, Louise, I need more of your recipes on trews Thank you Louise
Made this with the pot roast recipe seasoning profile. Delicious!
Just recently found your channel (cute name btw) and just made this tonight! It sure took me a long time (since I’m a slow poke when it comes to cooking) but I did it! 👏
I think this is the first time I’ve ever made beef stew by myself even though my mom made it bunches of times when I was growing up. The only thing I didn’t like about my mom’s version was the meat. I had to keep chewing and chewing and chewing it and ended up spitting it out but I didn’t have that problem here! I’m not sure if she pressure cooked the meat or not but I’m guessing that’s why the stew meat that I got wasn’t chewy? I only had a little less than a pound of meat and the sauce is so thick and rich lol!
I made those drop biscuits with some cassava-cauliflower flour and it took about 10 to 12 minutes total to bake (I ended up flipping them over at the 8 minute mark because the top we’re getting slightly burnt) but those are so good too!
Thank you for the recipe and sharing all your yummy recipes with the world! Can’t wait to try some more! 😋
God bless you and yours! 🙏🥰
Made this today and was devoured by all. I did the biscuits too and used Greek yogurt and did them on grill (broil) for 10 mins as recommended and they were amazing!! Definitely doing this again.
What's a water notice? You mentioned it a lot of times but I have no clue what that means.
Followed this recipe to the letter and I have to say this was the best beef stew I’ve ever turned out! ❤
can you make without wine
Like a lot if you i made this going along with the video. Turned out wonderful. Best stew i have made. I had to macgyver the biscuit pan. I used the stand and out aluminum foil on it. At 8 minutes i turned them over and went the last two minutes and bottoms were at done as the top. I made 10 do that or the foil might have caused the soggy bottoms before turning. Either way, quick and easy. Thanks
Could I put tomatoes in at the vegetable stage so 2 mins under pressure
The "paper" is called skin, my dear. Here in England, the "plebs" put the lot in. ( well, the grannies who grew up in the 20/30s did) It was used to "bulk it up". If you look back in history, they shoved "allsorts" of stuff in food, inc, believe it or not, arsenic !! I think it was used as some sort of "preservative", supposed to make stuff "keep" ( before fridges, obv.)
You are just so talented and soo so so lovely and likable. You have a gift. Thank you!
No broil feature in the uk ninja foodie so what does everyone suggest for biscuits
I like your show and have subscribed today
Made this tonight , it was so good ! Love these videos . So well executed and with lots of additional information. Thank you Louise 😊! ❤
I love your videos. You're so easy to follow. I wish you had told me about the problems with using the store bought seasoning packet at the beginning though 🙂
Thanks for video. Always bit dubious about cooking a beef stew in anything other than slow cooker mode. How do the juices have time to stew properly if it's all over so quickly? Would be good to see a slow cooker mode recipe for it though. 🙂
What oil is used in the recipe please
Excellent tips by the way I appreciate them so much thank you❣️❣️❣️
Let the flowers fall off of them too I love watching you cook and your way of thinking it relates to me. The kind of instinct that you only get from being a long time cook usually for family. I appreciate your tips your ideas & your experiments, They’re so helpful😍
Superb, followed your instructions it turned out great, keep up the good work , THANKYOU
Just bought a Foodi and yours is the best you tube For clear instructions. Here in the North of England we would have dropped the biscuit dough straight into the gravy to cook, some call them dumplings but when I was growing up they were dough boys.
We call your drop biscuits dumplings over here in the UK. We add beef Suet to the mix.
looks amazing, but wow, if that was a small onion, i would hate to see a big onion… it looked hug in your hands there. lol
We call them dumplings in Scotland .
I just watched this 2 times. Making it tonight. I may try your biscuits too💜💜thank you.
