4 tbsp tomato paste
8 oz portabella mushroom
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 sprigs thyme
3 bay leaves

I added better than beef bouillon and tons of garlic as well as my seasoning blend consisting of Thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg, curry powder, cumin , cilantro , Chili powder, Garam masala. 2. I am so glad you posted this recipe. I have tried a couple of your recipes and they were all a hit in my household. I’m excited to try this recipe as well. I am just wondering what type of red wine you usually use?
