Was that stove even on?
oh no – that's not a good recipe!
Yuk…You destroyed that dish. Who wants to learn how to cook a big glob of glue………….
Thank you for sharing it … looks good. Unfortunately there are trolls on the internet.. and if someone has a better recipe and wants to share it then there is no need to be uncomplimentary…
Do u guys have egg noodles
DELICIOUS!!! I LOVE this simple recipe!! Here in the states, it's SOOO popular to use cream of mushroom soup. I am fighting cancer, and working hard to get away from processed crud. Your recipe, my organic ingredients, YUM!! I actually use organic sour cream, then add a tablespoon of cooking sherry and worcestershire sauce (to taste) at the end with the S. Cream. DELICIOUS!!!!! Over rice is BEST! Thank you for this! I re-watch your vid every time I cook it. Heading to kitchen right now!! 🙂
That guy looks sexy!!! The food and the woman is another story…
Terrible. This dish needs stock and to be stewed for a long time or that meat will be rubber
No she can't cook, now I know.
I thought she was putting dish soap in the beginning lol…. oops
That's the worst straganoff ever!
This is a slow coocked dish. If your beef is pink, you did it wrong. This isn't steak. Though steak should be pink, I agree.
serve with egg noodles
lets revive buff strugenuff
why do people put ONIONS in everything good? i hate picking them out.
People are such hard and rude critics, you dont like it, go to a different video. Original stroganoff does not have tomatoe paste for "color" nor beef stock for "flavor". I think her dish was just fine and very helpful. So shoooo, go away!
I like to use cream of mushroom instead of just cream. Better gravy taste!
I've never seen something stupid as this video….This is no cooking!
I also add a mix of ground mustard and water, about 1 spoon…i mix them just before i start cooking..then add and let it simmet for about 20-30 mins….
the way you cook is embaressing!!!!!!!
Does this woman have no cooking technique at all?
Could be one of the worst cooking videos i have seen. =O
So… we're having an English woman making a Russian dish? The English can't even make good English food! Except biscuits. Oh God, the biscuits.
not even close to an original recipe…. and she's rather creepy
It looks ok but I beleive many recipes say to add a bit of tomato paste to add come color to the dish but it does look delish though
What a piece of crap recipy for Stroganoff. Where is the Vodka and parika? What a disgrace!
@LiveOakOkie some cook who was features in some food magazine…………..or something
Chef Jean-Pierre is much better haha
food also has to be well presented, this look like a big pan of shit soz to be harsh but food has to look delicious….. F for fail
FAIL!
LOL! Why is the Russian recipe pronounced as if it were FRENCH?
The dish's been certainly changed a lot and we'll probably never know the original Count Stroganov used to eat, but from a Russian point of view I must say that this recipe is quiet autentic, exept for the mushrooms (indeed, Russians usually don't put mushrooms in), and it's more common to use sour cream mixed with a bit of tomato paste for the souce!
and traditionally Beef Stroganoff is served with steamed buckwheat, though that might be too hardcore Russian way of serving it:))
wow!!i used to put sour cream..hmmm, flour i'll try it once..
@jepoge9 I doubt it, creme fraise is a type of rich sour cream
is tht sweet cream??
