  1. DELICIOUS!!! I LOVE this simple recipe!! Here in the states, it's SOOO popular to use cream of mushroom soup. I am fighting cancer, and working hard to get away from processed crud. Your recipe, my organic ingredients, YUM!! I actually use organic sour cream, then add a tablespoon of cooking sherry and worcestershire sauce (to taste) at the end with the S. Cream. DELICIOUS!!!!! Over rice is BEST! Thank you for this! I re-watch your vid every time I cook it. Heading to kitchen right now!! 🙂

  2. People are such hard and rude critics, you dont like it, go to a different video. Original stroganoff does not have tomatoe paste for "color" nor beef stock for "flavor". I think her dish was just fine and very helpful. So shoooo, go away!

  3. The dish's been certainly changed a lot and we'll probably never know the original Count Stroganov used to eat, but from a Russian point of view I must say that this recipe is quiet autentic, exept for the mushrooms (indeed, Russians usually don't put mushrooms in), and it's more common to use sour cream mixed with a bit of tomato paste for the souce!
and traditionally Beef Stroganoff is served with steamed buckwheat, though that might be too hardcore Russian way of serving it:))
