Beef Tikka Boti Recipe Without Seekh
(English Version)

Ingredients:
½ kg boneless beef cubes
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Method:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and all the dry spices to make a marinade.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade, coat well, and cover. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Ajzaa:
½ kg beef boneless tukray
½ cup dahi
1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste
1 tbsp lemon ka ras
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp lal mirch powder
1 tsp kutti lal mirch
1 tsp dhania powder
½ tsp haldi
½ tsp zeera powder
½ tsp kali mirch
1 tsp garam masala
Namak hasb-e-zaika

Tariqa:

Ek bowl mein dahi, adrak lehsan paste, lemon ka ras, oil aur sab sukhay masale daal kar achi tarah mix kar lein.
Is masale mein beef ke tukray daal kar achi tarah lapet lein. Dhak kar kam az kam 4 ghantay ya raat bhar fridge mein marinate karein.
Ab ek grill pan ya non-stick tawa garam karein, halka sa oil daal kar beef ko medium aanch par sekhein. Kabhi kabhi palat te rahein jab tak gosht gal na jaye.
(Zaroori nahi) Agar BBQ flavor chahiye to ek koyla garam karke pan mein rakhain, upar thora sa oil daal kar dhak dein, 2–3 minute dum dein.
Garma garam naan, chutney ya raita ke saath serve karein.
