  1. Love watching you but do you know how noisy you are? Which I think is really funny because my husband tells me how loud I am in the kitchen. The tapping of utensils and clanging of pots and pans. The bread looks delicious, I’m going to give it a go, and make a racket in the kitchen 🤣😂🤣

  2. Just curious, you mention on many occassions that you research or I presume are looking at other recipes till you find something that you think will work but very rarely do you attribute or acknowledge your source. You just mentioned that you ‘found’ this particular recipe but you have not attributed credit to the source yet your publishing the recipe on your site. One would think that these are your own recipes that you have formulated and tested. I do like your content and I have got some really good ideas from your videos but I think it’s only fair to credit your source if it’s not genuinely yours.

  3. Stacey, another great video. A little tip – when working with sticky bread dough, instead of adding more flour, it's better to wet your hands. This helps prevent the dough from sticking to your hands without making the dough dense (as you mentioned).

I love the classic rosemary and sea salt as a topping on a nice Focaccia!
