  1. Can you make something with cured meat? Do any pastas have crispy salami? Do they use guanciale in amaracitiana ? Can you cook the filling for tortellini , with the cooked prosciutto and very fine paste. Can you explain to americans how the pasta is a small portion served before a meat course? is it lunch or dinner? Thank you !
