  1. Can you believe me Jason!! But my husband blend fish mixed with onions ginger and garlic , he eats 3 gloves of garlic every morning ,it is ok and be hygienic after eating garlic because sometimes not and i do not go near him

  2. Jason you’re half right about bananas. They ARE fruits. Fruits are defined as the seed bearing edible structure of a flowering plant. Bananas therefore fit the definition of a fruit (and by this definition tomatoes, avocados, and cucumbers are fruits).

However, bananas grow on banana trees. But the catch is the banana tree isn’t a true tree because it has no woody structure, so the banana tree is actually an herbaceous plant. So bananas could be considered an herb.

And to further complicate things, bananas actually fit the botanical definition of a berry. Berries are fruits that grow from a single flowering plant with one ovary. By this definition believe it or not, strawberries aren’t really berries.

So bananas can be considered a fruit, an herb or a berry.

  3. I like this recipe and along with the seeds add a little oats and some extra yoghurt. I use frozen berries as I love the cold icy texture when I’m drinking it. My 2nd most favourite JV recipe ! (1st favourite is the blood builder) 🙂
