If you love all things berries this recipe is for you! 🫐 Made with Unicorn Superfoods Berrlicious Blend which is a powerful source of antioxidants.
Recipe:
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unicorn superfoods berrylicious blend
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: more berries & maple syrup (optional)
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (leave out toppings). Pour mixture into a glass and top with berries. Note: I made a double batch and made them separately- the mixed berries vary slightly so the color of the layers was slightly different.You can serve immediately or store in the fridge overnight.
