  1. I love besan salty halwa. It's so delicious that once anyone eats it will like to eat it frequently.
    For that take 250 gms besan and 250 gms ghee. Roast the besan on sim flame until it turns golden in colour. Now keep it aside. Take 500 ml water and let it boil. Now add half teaspoon cumin seeds and a nice pinch full of asefoitida ,salt to taste to the boiling water. Boil to some more time. Add the besan to it. Stir vigorously so as to avoid lumps. Besan salty delicious halwa is ready. Eat it hot or warm. When eating put a layer of raw and filtered black mustard oil around it. YUMMY !!
